Haven Artist Bill of Rights — The Human-Only Rider

At Haven, your music is not training data. It is the work.

Believe and TuneCore now ask artists to consent to have their music included in new AI models and to have their name, image, likeness, voice and compositions used for new licensed AI products, with compensation through revenue share. Tracks made with those partner models then become eligible for distribution through their network.

Haven offers the opposite guarantee, in writing, forever.

1. No AI training ever. Your masters, stems, artwork and metadata on Haven will never be used to train any generative model, including our own. We have no generative model.

2. No cloning and no AI products. We will not license your voice, likeness or compositions for AI remix, synthetic feature or likeness generation.

3. Your master stays untouched. We stream the album as it was made. Nothing added. Nothing taken. Lossless by default, dry playback unless you choose EQ or normalization. Every version is preserved with provenance, credits, liner notes and booklet PDFs, with a version picker when masters differ and no silent swaps.

4. Human-made only. No AI artists on Haven. No AI-generated tracks in the catalog. If it is on Haven, a human made it.

5. You keep control and a fair share. Seventy percent of net subscription revenue to rights holders on equal terms. Artist seat free to upload and manage. No ad tier, so your work is never used to sell attention.

6. This is permanent, not a toggle. We will not flip from a ban to a deal. This Rider is part of your distribution agreement and cannot be changed by a dashboard update.
